was not impressed at all by this guy..played a real defense today. I understand he was without Spadola but a lot of over throws and mistakes

He definitely has some of the tools you look for but I too wasn't particularly impressed. YSU's QB remains the best one NDSU has seen this year. (Kurt Hess/Bess?- can't remember last name)
Jaybo is a totally different animal though

Well, he was under a heavy pass rush and he got rid of the ball quickly to avoid sacks. I mean, I'd have never have suspected he is a Payton Award candidate if they hadn't said it. But I also would say that he had people in his face all the time.
Either way, I was amazed that when Lehigh did get to the red zone and had at least some hope of getting back into the game the coaching staff took the starting quarterback out. Then the guy they put in threw an interception. Unbelievable.

NDSU smacked him in the mouth and the East Coast in him.came out and he folded.
