He won't win it (it'll either be Kevin Kelly or Rob Ambrose, I imagine), but he certainly deserves the nomination.

I've been realistically critical but I have never said we needed a new coach. I am glad they turned it around this year.

I think Pflu has been almost as critical as I have been.
