Eastern Kentucky getting in is all the answer that I can ever want? Uproar ensues. Congrats Colonels and Tennessee Tech, good luck in trying to break the Western Kentucky curse.

Do you think they deserve to be in? If they were 8-3 I'd have no problem with them getting in. But they are 7-4 from a conference that doesn't win in the post season. I don't think they beat any of the other bubble teams.

If I was knowledgeable about FCS this season I would give you an answer since I haven't done much research it wouldn't be much more than biased EKU hate at this point so I'll keep my opinions to myself. Enough the PC stuff.
OVC will get drilled again and WKU's curse will continue into the 2012 season. The best of luck to the Tennessee Tech and EKU

It's not EKU hate on my part. I just don't think their resume compares favorably to any of the bubble teams that got snubbed. Maybe Delaware since UD didn't get 7 D-I wins, but not any of the other teams.

Maybe so. I am not up on the OVC this season. The opinions of many seem to think that the OVC should have gotten the champion and that's it. Maybe the bubble this season was extremely crowded and they just picked the "best" of the bunch. It must have been a terrible bunch if EKU was chosen. Like I said, I'm gauging the reaction of the many and it says a lot.
Who has EKU beaten outside of the OVC, I guess I can say some of the same things with WKU, but the FBS format is different. Winning 6 of 7 is amazing accomplishment for the Toppers.

I think Illinois State should have beaten them out, but EKU did drill the same (bad) Eastern Illinois team ISU lost to. I'm guessing the committee focused heavily on that.
