Montana State
Montana
Stony Brook
Towson
New Hampshire
Maine
Old Dominion
Norfolk State
North Dakota State
Northern Iowa
Illinois State
Albany
Eastern Kentucky
Lehigh
Georgia Southern
Wofford
Furman
Appalachian State
Sam Houston State
The last spot goes like this as long as the team doesnt lose
JMU > Indiana State > Georgetown (Georgetown is already 7 win eligible)
I only see Florida A&M and South Carolina State as other teams making 7 wins, but I place them behind Georgetown.
Teams in bold represent my auto bids.

I have to take a closer look at Albany because I have them out unless if they win their conference, they're in the NEC right? Is that an autobid conference?

it is a autobid league now and they are undefeated in conference leading the league. They would have to lose their final 2 games to not get the bid because they have the h2h tie breaker over Duquesne.

Okay, so therefore then I also see them in the playoffs.

Albany lost to Bryant this weekend.
The scenario is pretty simple now for the NEC:
Albany controls its own destiny still. Win both games and we're in no matter what.
If Albany loses one of the final two games and Duquesne wins out, Duquesne gets the win.
If both Albany and Duquesne lose one of their final two games, Albany wins the AQ due to H2H win over Duquesne.

If both Albany and Duquesne win out, Albany would win the NEC AQ and Duquesne would be sitting with 9 DI wins.
I think Duquense will still be behind JMU and Ind. St., but probably ahead of Georgetown and any 7 win MEAC team.

They count for league standings, but they are not eligible to represent the league in the playoffs.
Screw Yahoo. Use this for info:

I have nothing against your SBU pick over LU but I do think you are wrong. LU will win on long island, but it will be an amazing game no doubt.

I believe this is their last year of transition. They had their final NCAA review last week I think.

Based on his disdain for anything having to do with Liberty U.

Stony Brook won at home two years ago, so why not expect the same this year? Also Liberty had two close wins at home vs Presbyterian and VMI, teams Stony beat 42-24 and 42-14.

boom. roasted.
also - when UNH, AZgriz, and I agree on something at the same time... well, I don't know if it has EVER happened... so when there is this kind of consensus...
SB by 13 - if this game were @ LU - I'd have them winning it by 3 - like they always seem to... but not on the road.

Is there any guarantee of home field advantage throughout the playoffs (like the NFL)? Or do you have to bid every week. I would think NDSU if they finish undefeated would have home field throughout the playoffs but does it work that way?

Don't really talk about 'em much, but I'm also a Georgetown fan...so it's really exciting to entertain the prospect that both the teams I love might be in the playoffs this season (of course that pesky Lehigh team still stands in the way).

Thanks for the rationale.
I just don't see them stopping our offense enough. They will score quite a bit too, but they focus on the run and we can limit that. If we force them to pass, we win. I'm thinking 38-28 Liberty, and I'll be there to celebrate!

#1 seed is guaranteed home games til Frisco as long as they make a min bid. #2 seed also on the other side of the bracket.

If in late August someone said Towson and Georgetown had shots at the playoffs in early november, that person would have been laughed at...
