Johnson just threw a 20 yard screen TD to Nguyen.

For those of you who haven't seen Montana play this year, they seem to come out flat and just stink up the first quarter and then slowly creep back into the game. Was really ugly the first quarter for UM.

NAU seems to have a knack for giving up the big play. Their secondary is pretty shakey, UM might want to try passing a little more.

0 for 5 so far from the goalline. Maybe a play action pass to Middleton or something will work...

That works too

Well, he did catch a long pass on that drive.

Yep, UM has weathered the storm well. Seems like the main criticism of Jerome is he doesn't know how to play with a lead or put teams away.

14-14 at the half.

Not much defense in this one. Both teams are over 250 yards. Jordan Johnson already has about 60 more yards passing than he did last week. Both teams have given up a lot of big plays. A good sign for Montana is that their D-Line was gradually getting more push & penetration as the half progressed.

Jerome Souers's voice is way deeper than you'd expect from looking at him.

I don't know what to think about our D. They seem to get burned a lot to start out a game and then clamp down. I realize that means our D coordinator is making adjustments, I just don't get why they have to get torched so bad to start.

Johnson hurt.

Sounds like the Golden Boy will get the nod.

Johnson back in. I'm a little surprised given how the injury looked.

Griz will punt. NAU got away with offsides there.

Sure. As soon as I post this, the feed starts stalling out.

Thanks! I didn't really want to sign up for BigSkyTV.
