FAMU and BC-U with losing conference marks, SCSU (the perennial "lets toss them a 20th place vote, why not?" team) at 3-3 and in 3rd in the conference, and NCA&T undefeated in conference after knocking off BC-U

I know this isn't a strong conference, but even still, NSU NCAT at 1/2 is one of the most surprising early results of any conference.

The MEAC title is the Spartans to lose this year. They have a tough stretch coming up but ever since 2007 you knew something was brewing down in Norfolk. At least they don't have to worry about lil ol' DSU to upend them.
