Towson stopped Maryland on a 3rd and 10, but they were flagged for roughing the passer. UMD scores on the next play. If you have DirectTV (and care), game is on channel 642.

7-0 Maryland. 13:25 left in the 1st.

Towson starting their back-up quarterback. His first throw was to a wide open man with plenty of room in-front and the receiver drops it. Damn.

edit: 3 and out for Towson on their first possession.

Towson tackled the punt returner before he caught the ball so Maryland started at Towson's 30. UMD ran for a short gain on the 1st down, but Towson sacked UMD's QB on 2nd and 3rd down...and then blocked the field goal attempt! Good job Towson!

Still 7-0 Maryland with 9:50 left in the 1st.

Towson is making things more difficult on themselves than they need to be.

Towson drove to UMD's 40 yard line on their 2nd possession and eventually got stopped on a 4th and short. However, Towson stops Maryland on the Terps' following possession after they also tried a 4th down.

It's 7-0 Maryland at the end of the 1st quarter. However, Towson is on Maryland's 20 yard line right now. No joke...Towson has a pretty potent offense. They can definitely drive the ball.

After getting to Maryland's 20, Towson is flagged for a hold and a false start...but converts a 2nd and 23!

And now Towson is on UMD's 2 yard-line!

Towson pitched it two times from Maryland's two yard line...settling for a field goal.

7-3 Maryland, 10:30 left in the 2nd.

Why go wide at the 1 inch line with more defenders than blockers on that side?? Awful.

There's no reason for Towson to be losing this game right now.

Towson stops Maryland on a third consecutive possession. Surprisingly, I think Towson is playing athletically better. Just some questionable coaching calls by Ambrose seperating both teams.

The only problem I have with the coaching is the call on the goalline. Other than that, their OC is calling an excellent game. The players are just dropping passes and committing unnecessary penalties.

Towson with two long touchdown potential drops this drive...wide open both times.

If Towson WRs didn't drop some of these well thrown passes, they could be up very big. Either way, TOP will be something like 20:00 to 10:00 in Towson's favor. Unfortunately, 7-3 down on the scoreboard. THis could work out in Towson's favor later in the game though.

Unbelievable. Towson is blowing this game.

Towson gets to Maryland's 17 yard line at the end of the half and can't manage the clock. I mean just pathetic play calling and a even worse time management.

7-3 Maryland. Half.

Wow. They screwed up that end of the half part. Can't let time run out like that when in FG position but other than that, great half for the Tigers. Just need to put it in the endzone.

Great first half though. I hope they come out of the tunnel and jam it home.

Ugh, Towson gets intercepted on their first possession in the 2nd half.

14-3 Maryland. 11:46 left in the 3rd.

Lets see how Towson responds.

Towson beginning to fall apart. Fumble recovered by Maryland.

Towson has nobody to blame but themselves.

EDIT: And right on cue, they save themselves forcing a fumble and recovering.

But Towson recovers a Maryland fumble while the Terps were inside TU's 10!

Wish I could watch this. Damn Cablevision and their hate of ESPN!
