Twenty Four Hours
Well in 24 hours the course of Towson football could be changed forever.
With a win, it'll be bigger than Appy over Michigan in the State of Maryland.
Forever change how Baltimore views Towson as a school.
Hell even with a strong showing people might sit up and talk notice of what has been ignored.
I can't wait!

"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
"Yes, well, Towson actually."

Re: Twenty Four Hours
Both my parents went to Maryland, and half my extended family. I went to two Bobby Ross summer camps and was recruited by Maryland up until a visit to my HS the day before NSD. Last thing the coach said, "We'll see you tomorrow." Supposedly, a NJ recruit who they weren't expecting to say yes changed their minds.
I've been bitter ever since february 1989.
This game is personal for me.

Go ahead and get it done Tigers. I'm a doubter, but I'll be rooting for you.

Good luck to the Tigers . . . would be great to see another ACC notch in the CAA belt.

Make no mistake, I do not expect to win. But the thought of it, makes me go #3. The Appy State "what-if" factor is euphoric.State Line Liquors wrote:Go ahead and get it done Tigers. I'm a doubter, but I'll be rooting for you.
Maryland is a team that consistantly plays down to lower competition and up for over their head competition.
No doubt that Edsall is going to change that, but these are still the Fridge's players.

Eh, feck Maryland. They're a bunch of twats. Edsall won't win there, don't you fret. This is the PERFECT opportunity, if there is going to be one. Fridge'll be pulling for ya'll.

Re: Twenty Four Hours
The ACC has slaughtered the CAA and SoCon this season, other than Duke. I'll be pulling hard for Towson, but I suspect Maryland got the same league memo that the other ACC teams got, and catching them after the embarrassment against Temple won't be in the Tigers' favor.

I'll be rooting for the Keiblers, too.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
