Zero expectations is one thing. Being humiliated by a "D2" the week after you've finally managed to garner a little bit of good will is another.

agreed that it is odd. suu is damn good. they should not have lost to sdsu.

He's still under contract through 2014. That would be a lot of money to buy out, not to mention the AD & President would look like total idiots by firing him right after giving him an extension. Whether he should be there to stay or not, he will be.

The box score on this one was quite surprising. UNLV outgained SUU by about 150 yards and Blake Sorenson had a lousy game, but the Rebels turned it over 5 times and the T-Birds took 3 of them back for scores.

Thanks SUU, our loss to you is slightly less embarrassing now. (I mean that as a compliment and aimed more towards our poor play 2 weeks ago rather than a knock on SUU.)

Makes me wonder how SDSU could play well enough for three quarters to make these guys look like a joke.......maybe that game woke them up for the season?

We had one of those in 2009......Idaho St.
Then went to the NC game. It does happen, that is for sure. SUU looks like a good team this year and should make a lot of noise. I'm glad we aren't playing them this year.
