Weber has shown beyond a shadow of a doubt they're a better team than EWU.

And I think Murray State is a better 2-1 team than Lehigh....and Lehigh at # 15??? WTF? Is a win over Monmouth now something to brag about? :ohno: :ohno:

Still some homerism going on, but much better than previous years...

...and not to rationalize, but there's as much homerism in the Coaches Poll.

Sac State is virtually wiped out...

...but nothing to support the Yotes and Tbirds rank. A lot of this will be cleaned up after this next week. The top 16 should be solidified, and the rest will be fighting for salvation.

Sorry for missing the last couple weeks, with running my Big South Pick Em game, voting in the AGS poll, working weekends AND grad school, I forgot that I am a voter in here. Hopefully I can get a ballot in this week and stay on it the rest of the year

Ok, I'm not voting this year but how is SFA just 1 place behind SAM? They're only win was a beat down on a transitioning D3. They lost to an FCS and were getting walloped by Baylor (48-0) before the game was called after 3 quarters? (Guess what goes around comes around in that game Saturday.)

I don't give a fuck where they were placed pre-season. It's another good argument to not have them. Right now I see the SLC race being between UCA and SAM. (Course SAM took out UCA this past weekend 31-10) If you don't think so.....UCA hung with LA Tech (lost in OT), LA Tech almost beat Houston this weekend (lost 35-34) and SAM put the wood on UCA.

And don't think this is in any way a ploy to get someone to consider TXST. It would be totally idiotic to do so. We lost to 2 teams, badly, that we could have at least hung with if the coach had made any adjustments, used any form of passing game and had the team mentally prepared. The D2 win was a gift that we almost didn't get. I am not impressed with our product on the field yet. You don't bench a top 40 (in the country) QB for some JUCO transfer "athlete" that can't pass because you're using a spread option, when it isn't working.

As T-man mentioned, the situation will clarify and most of these concerns will take care of themselves in the coming weeks.

NDSU is kind of high, might drop out with a loss to Minny this weekend.
Hope they can get some conference wins this year.
