Thanks.

I didn't think it was the best performance. I watched some of that game (early 2nd. half), and Sac looked like they just didn't care. EWU at least put forth some effort.

Best performance: Delaware 45-0 over Delaware State. Just a complete domination over an in-state "rival".

Worst performance: Monmouth 20-9 over Villanova. This is a team that's a year removed from a National Championship and has started 0-3 this season...Monmouth was picked 6th out of 9 in a mediocre NEC conference....

Most surprising result: William & Mary 13-10 over New Haven. This is a team that is picked to win the best FCS conference and they just barely got by against a D-2 opponent....

Just wondering why...we have the same number of schollys this year...same number of coaches...

We can't go to the NC, but could win the CAA...

Not upset or anything, just would like to hear your reasoning...

I've always done that with first-year FBS transitionals. Well, I guess Western Kentucky was the only transitional since I started doing this, but still… I'm doing the same thing for Texas State & South Alabama.

I know first-year transitionals are considered FCS opponents for FBS teams, but I've always thought of them as FBS.

We get no love? Not even for worst performance? How about surprising that we didn't dominate an 0-2 DII? or that our RS freshman RB got 3 TDs on 74 yds? (FCS Indy POTW)

Now I really know we're in no man's land

Sorry about that, but see my above reply to Col Hogan.

If I was including Texas State, they wouldn't have got "Worst" anyway. They may have even got "Best" with a pithy, "at least they won, unlike the other teams" kind of description. ;)

The problem is, no one knows where the hell we fall (I assume UMass also.) We are listed as an FCS Independent by most sports sites but stats are going in FBS Indy files. We count as an FCS game for the SLC but even that is murky.

It's just a big mess.

If you add us do so but if you aren't going to then don't put us a a best/worst performance when we lose to SFA this week :D
