I for one am glad the bleeding is over at the hands of the FBS for the season. Now maybe we can get an accurate read on just how good the Bucs are or are not.

Also, after much anticipation and a 3 year longer wait than planned we will break ground on our new Athletic Complex before the homecoming game. This has been a long time coming and should help in the process of improving facilities that is so desperately needed. After that, the stadium lights we have been screaming for since forever. Then maybe these early season games came be moved to night games where we just sweat to death instead of sweat to death and then fry in the sun.

I think all division 1 programs in the south should be mandated to have stadium lights if they don't already. It was horrendous at PC this year....and I can only imagine what it's like in Charleston this time of year

I'm intrigued to see how CSU does this weekend. Should be a good test.

I really hate early season scheduling....most teams either had two FBS games or an FBS and a D-II (or even NAIA) (or two absolute cupcakes (yes, I'm looking at YOU, NDSU) so we know next to nothing about them and we're damned near a 1/4 way through the season...

Does Chuck South play Gardner Webb this year? If so, when?

I CANNOT wait to see some dirt turned to get this facility started. It has been a LONG time coming. Head coach Jay Mills has done an outstanding job, and can only imagine what he can do as we expand and improve our facilities.

We have a stretch coming now where I believe we can get some wins on the board. This week offers a great picture of what the 2011 version of the CSU Buccaneers are and will be.
