App's 2012 OOC - Montana, CCU, ECU

Per the Jerry Moore teleconference this week.
According to some folks on the ECU board, this game is the first in a multi-game series and it looks like the much-rumored ECU/ASU matchup in Charlotte might be happening at least once, although it's not known when and where the games are yet.
Montana is in Boone in the first week and CCU comes to Boone on a date TBD.

Don't get the excitement. none of those teams are of national caliber the way true spotlight teams like St. Francis and Lafayette are

There might be some local interest, but nothing beyond that.

Not sure if sarcastic.... Coastal Carolina and Montana both home games? That would be kick ass. And though ECU might be considered a small school, but I would love to play them after barely getting beaten in 09 without Armanti, especially if its in BoA stadium.

Montana picked a good two years to play ASU...
Our Sophomore QB will be rounded into fine form in '12 and '13...

Dripping with sarcasm. Welcome to the board and you're spot on with your UA uniforms

Jebus. I sure hope the App St. fans don't starting coming out of the wood work. I only have one to base my comparison on, it really doesn't bode well for them.

Imagine that, ASU playing ECU in BOA, and JMU playing WVU in Fed Ex.
How many times before has a I-AA played a I-A in an NFL stadium?

Delaware used to do it all the time at The Vet, mostly in the 70s. Nova's been doing it a lot recently as well.
Granted, Temple is not exactly sexy, but I answered your question.

IF he is anything like Appa, he will fit in just fine.
And AZ, don't be a cum-guzzler to the newbie.
