Why shouldn't UC Davis be getting votes, they did pretty well considering the quality of team they were playing, I'm just surprised that they are not getting more votes, I also think that Weber deserves more votes too, considering that they have done well in 6 of 8 quarters against FBS teams.

SDSu (5) ?? 56-3 ring a bell??
Plus NDSU beat Montana St, made it farther in playoffs then UNI and Georgia Southern were chicken and backed out of game with ndsu, therefore NDSU is #1 with APPY state (william & mary doesnt deserve it)

Maybe because NDSU has played Lafayette and St. Francis. Not your typical powerhouses. So NDSU is lucky to be in the top 10. Play a real team and then get the votes.

Mark my words -- Delaware is not going to be in the top ten in about 7 weeks time. Towson, William & Mary, UNH, UMass, JMU, and even ODU can beat them this year. It's just not the same without Flacco or Devlin, and I don't think Pierce looks like he is any better than last year.

Meh, we're OK with that. We haven't beaten anyone yet. But after going 19-5 through the program's first 24 games, doesn't it make you wonder how good we really are? One thing for sure, we are not your average startup program. 10 days until Newark.

I don't disagree that UD isn't looking great yet, but I have to take exception to your comment on Pierce. Why does he need to look "better" than last year? 1655 yards with over 5 yards a carry and 17 TD's. I'll take three more years of that please and thank you.
