Will Weber ever actually WIN one of these games?

I don't know. After USU's performance last week at Auburn for the first 56 minutes, I didn't give Weber State any chance in this game. But, they do appear to be evenly matched.

Come on, Weber. Don't come up just short again.

USU now leads 47-17, 12:50 left in the game.

our goal is to be 0-2 to start every yr playing 2 fbs that way we have no shot at the playoffs unless we can roll through the big sky 8-0.

i think weber will be good but starting 0-2 with no confidence for a paycheck isnt gonna help us beat sac.

Weber could have played SUU instead, like Sac did. Oh yeah, Sac got blown out as well today in Cedar City.

54-17 is now the final. The student (Anderson) beats the teacher (McBride). McBride was Anderson's position coach at Utah and then later was head coach when Anderson was hired as an assistant.

Weber does play SUU later…

USU had 440 yards rushing and 195 passing. 7 players had 16 or more yards rushing in the game. Turbin had 18 carries for 180 yards.

Keeton went 10-16 for 166 yards for 2 TDs and no interceptions. Kennedy 2-2 for 29 yards. 5 receivers had long receptions of 25 or more yards.

My impression is that in the first half, USU went more to the pass than the run, but in the second half was mostly runs. Weber State could not stop the run.
