Sac gets bye into the Second Round, but pays for it with a trip to NDSU. The previous opponent, C CT St, moves to a more geographically manageable first round game at UNH.

Other highlights include UNI @ #5 MSU in the Second Round, Lehigh @ Liberty for the chance to play #1 GA Southern (?!?), and Delaware @ App in a key Second Round matchup.

I'd like to know how they justify dropping EWU, the defending national champs, to #2 after they almost beat a B(C)$ team. What did GA Southern do that was so special?

Liberty is playing at Lehigh in 3 weeks, interesting....

It'd be hilarious if UCA beat SIU and had to come play on the red.
