I'm working today 12p-8p which sucks for catching the games today. But I'm gonna attempt to follow the DSU-VMI game as much as I can.

Southern Conn. St. - 21
Central Conn. St. - 35

FINAL

Tale of 2 halfs. CCSU looked great early, but key injuries (QB & OL) led to no offense for the Blue Devils late. Central's defense looked much better in the game when the pressure was on, but special teams (kickoffs and punts) is suspect.

Note: CCSU has now won 15 straight at home, tying Grambling for the longest active home winning streak in FCS.

Neb - 23
UTC - 0
start of 3rd qtr

It was close until the end of the half - then the Neb QB ripped off a 50-yd TD run and they kicked a FG in the last 2 min.

Let's make that 23-7 with 11:43 to go in the 3rd. The Mocs stuck it to 'em on their opening drive of the half.

Big10 refs gave Neb a FG - 26-7 -- 8:30 3rd

UTC tried an onside kick ... and failed. Neb, aided by 2 questionable PI calls got stuffed 3 times inside the 5yd line.
