This. Felt that was since 2003 or 2004 when they were starting their transition. Still remember some of their dipshit posters bragging about how they were going to come in and start smoking everyone right off the bat. There are some solid ndsu fans/posters, but lakes and jbb just reinforce the above.
There are also some real dbag posters on egriz, but all in all I've always had a good experience with UM fans so I think it's probably just an Internet thing.

Some of you are new to this since their transition. HOWEVER, there are those of us who were with NDSU in the old NCC back when we played D2. They were just the same back then.

Down here it is Coastal Carolina hands down. Most belligerent and flat out rude fans I have ever witnessed, especially when you go there. It was so bad back in 2006 the wife and I decided that would be the last time we went there for the CCU vs CSU game.
