any of you penguin fans know about this kid? According to Rich Radford, his only other offer was to YSU. Class of 2012, his name is Fellonte Misher out of Coolidge High School in the DC area. He plays safety and wide reciever. ESPN gave him a score of 40. Couldn't find a personal page on rivals.

We never even added him to our recruiting database, which currently sits at 49 offers. Can't help you there. Not many offers, but we wish him the best.

Scholarship offer from only one criminal school, YSU. Turned it down and is now serving time in Virginia on weapons and drug charges. Rumored to want to go to NDSU.
