UNI's Farley mad at his Ex-Asst @ NDSU

I had heard a lot of crap about Coach Farley, namely how much he works his assistant coaches and how poorly he treats them, promised raises for team perfomance that were never given, etc. Anyway, I was sitting at a wedding reception this week end and Coach Klieman was there and the current coaching staff was told NOT to talk to Coach Klieman by Farley, I also watched Coach Farley physically walk by Chris and not even acknowledge him. I talked to Chris and he has no clue what was going on, he went as far as to say that Farley has never talked to him since he signed to leave to North Dakota. Talk about a lack of class, in checking the UNI employee salaries, Farley's salary seems to rise every year, his assistants do not, a gag order to talk with a former coach and Panther alumni, I am curious as to what secrets a coach would reveal to Coach Klieman. Chris Klieman is one of our own, hometown hero, Panther alumni, Panther coach, he deserves better than this, the community deserves better from our head coach. Nelly and others have tried to leave because the working environment is so bad, and all the while the while Coach Farley continues to watch his salary rise and his class lower!
