YSU Stambaugh Stadium Turf Replacement

-Will be completed within the next 2 weeks...
-Will feature red endzones with the word Penguins in white and outlined in black... (Similar to OSU's)
-Pete the Penguin will remain at midfield, much to my chagrin... (I wanted the Block Y like the WATTS Center)
-Arkansas, Middle Tennessee, and UC Davis are the only other colleges with this turf...

Lol some people wanted red, some even wanted white to make it a true "Ice Castle", however we were smart and stuck with the green.

New turf is going to look an awful lot like Ohio State's when it is all said and done. Note the numbers and the color/lettering in the endzone:

You will be happy to know I despised Ohio State before Tressel was there, while he was there, and I still despise that school now. You want to talk about the most arrogant fans in the land, Ohio State owns that honor.

SprintTurf when it first came out. It got bad quickly. I played on it in HS and let me tell you... it was bad.
