CORAL GABLES, Fla. – A person familiar with the decision tells The Associated Press that former Michigan quarterback Tate Forcier has decided not to enroll at Miami.

...and he officially left Michigan...soooooooooooooo, I'd be willing to bet the Forcier to UM threads are about to resurface

Bottom line is that Delaware gets first dibs on all FBS transfer quarterbacks, and if we don't want them they probably suck.
It does sound like UM fans are having some Bo Levi Mitchell envy though.

Shocked he's not going to Miami - it seemed like such a good fit. The school has a great drama department, would've been perfect for this kid.
'93's right though - the fact that this kid isn't even on UD's radar as an FBS transfer speaks volumes about him, and not in a positive way.

Mitchell sucked when he played us, so we are biased in not thinking highly of him
I'd say it's more concern over a lack of experience on our team
