" I had a discussion with a group when I first got the job here about what we could do to get some more exposure and get some more assistance. I've told this story alot, but one of the comments I got back was, "People will take you serious when you start to take yourselves serious,"
We've been in an effort here to start taking ourserlves serious."

Definitely a welcome upgrade. I like your stadium but it needs a little more aesthetic and I think that would rightfully help. Can't wait to see more of it.

Me too, I cant wait to see it all come to life, Im hoping that this would help Weber in the long run with recruiting and bringing in the fans.

I believe that leaves Sac State & NoCo as the only Big Sky teams left without field turf.

Totally forgot Sac got field turf (the Griz haven't played there since it was installed).
