That's odd. I saw him take hit after hit for a couple of seasons. I watched him finish the 2009 season strong where he couldn't raise one of his arms above the shoulder for the last several games. He came back from a fairly serious sports hernia injury in 2010 and was 220 yards rolling through NDSU before a lineman stepped on his foot. He's had injuries for sure, but perhaps you have more evidence to share in your expert opinion about how he can't take a hit.

He still has his pro day coming up? I thought I saw that on the NFL Channel. Good luck to him.

Yeah, it's the 14th or 15th - can't remember which. He should be near full speed by then. I hope so, anyway.

14th. If he's not full speed by now, I'd be worried. He's just working on getting faster than he already was.

Jones has a pro-day workout today in Cali. Hope he blows up and shows the scouts something awesome...love to see him on the GMen...

I'm just hoping he's worked through his injuries. It would suck for him to have waited all this time and not be able to go at even 90% or so.

I'm curious as to why he'd come out early if he wasn't sure he'd be 100%. His team just won the NC, they have their star QB and Receiver coming back...if you even have the slightest doubt that you might not be ray for pro-day...wait...hope he's okay coz that would suck to shoot yourself in the foot like that...no pun intended.

He's not the student type. Simple as that.
