You're gettin 31,000 for conference games, if there ever was a time to expand that scrawny stadium... its now.

1. You finally decided to get a deck.. great! But its an ugly deck. Look at that wheelchair thing. Wrap it around the back for fxcks sake.

Montana just knows how to make a great stadium.

2. Back on topic. ASU.. how long are you going to let fans sit on the grass before u realize its probably a great time to add endzone seating?! Endzone seating is good for lots of things and would also do KBS a great service.




3. Do something with that hideous brick cafe/building in the other endzone. Something like....... knock it down and add seating.

We're adding endzone bleachers on the brick cafe/building side this year.

Also, installing new turf right now.

Also, just finished the new trophy case/museum/lobby/etc. in the field house.

Always love getting stadium critique from a EW fan.

yeah - gotta say... KBS doesn't have a bloody tampon field... and draws more than 3k/game...

.....but they have end zone seating and no track, so they got that going for them.

BTW, KY mentioned end zone seating for KBS - we're adding 1,500 this season, so we'll be able to put over 23K butts in seats this season. Hopefully they find an option to make it more permanent.

More like 12k and only 2k are temp. GET IT RIGHT! Point is YOUR stadium could be alot better with only minor updates. Dont you hicks realize that? Look at Nevada Reno's stadium... that could be KBS but better bc you guys already have a large home grandstand!

Umm 8,600 came right off of your own webpage. So either you don't know the size of your stadium or your website needs some updating. Are you talking seats or capacity? Big difference.

They will look pretty similar this fall. And the fact that we already share the same uniforms with Nevada makes me a little uneasy.

We'll have temporary bleachers about the same size as Nevada's in the lower portion of this picture:


And, I honestly like our hill better than the stands in the top part of that picture. At least for early season warm weather games.

Here's my ideal future KBS with new stands symetrical to the hill, the field lowered and the track removed:

In 35+ years my bum has been in the bleachers exactly once --- the first I-AA play-off game against Nichols St when the snow was just too dang cold and deep to spend the entire game there. Thousands of children/grandchildren/great grandchildren have been raised and 'socialized' there, and spouses entertained (and I suspect quite a few 'consummated' in the woods further up the hill)

The University considered a Fly-Over Escalating Wheelchair Ramp for Stadium Drive but the cost exceeded that of the Linn Cove Viaduct (and the overall cost of the stadium and all improvements since its inception).
