Yeah. Never mind who EARNED it. Let's just screw teams based on where they play.Mvemjsunpx wrote:Can you stop the run, UNI? If you can, you'll win, because Maine can't pass.
I don't think UNI deserved a seed (much less one ahead of Montana), but it looks like regionalism was the deciding factor this year because of the economy.

Doesn't it piss you off just a LITTLE that the ONLY other MVC team in the conference will be your opponent in the second round? Couldn't they have at LEAST put SIU in the other half of the bracket? And put Weber in the other half of Montana's bracket? Or does that just make too much damned sense? I mean, the split up Wofford and ASU...why couldn't they split up the other conference mates?Cap'n Cat wrote:AZGrizFan wrote:

Both UNI and Montana EARNED their seeds. Quit bein' a whinin'-ass p*ssy. You're as bad as (some of)them fux on SalukiTalk.

My point exactly. You like the diversity, yet your second round opponent (assuming you both win the cupcake games), will be your CONFERENCE MATE. That's just BS in my opinion. It really wouldn't be that hard. Switch Cal Poly & SIU. Something. It's like they're splittin' the fuckin' atom every year.Cap'n Cat wrote:AZGrizFan wrote: Doesn't it piss you off just a LITTLE that the ONLY other MVC team in the conference will be your opponent in the second round? Not a bit, Z. I like the playoffs for the diversity of it all - teams playing different teams from different conferences and such.
I'm a liberal, man.

Like you know about this.travelinman67 wrote:UNI in the biggest blowout of the playoffs...54-14...mismatch.
Yeah, T-Man. He doesn't agree with you politially, so you aren't entitled to an opinion on the football game.D1B wrote:Like you know about this.travelinman67 wrote:UNI in the biggest blowout of the playoffs...54-14...mismatch.Biggest mismatches = whoever gets the MEAC or OVC in the opening round. Other than those two, they are all tough games.
Blow me. Dude spends his entire waking life 1. steaming bout liberalism and 2. surfing the internet for stories chronicaling the trivial sufferings of the avant garde and environmentalists.AZGrizFan wrote:Yeah, T-Man. What the [*]f**k does he know about football? Let alone the UNI / Maine matchup. His blowout comment and predicted score proves it.
If UNI DOESN'T blow out Maine, they'd better just turn in their equipment. Maine's best win all year is against UMass. They should be about as good as Youngstown State, so you should blow them out too.D1B wrote:Blow me. Holy crap...I can't even call a score without you messin your shorts. Chill out. Maine has an athletic squad but with loses to all the top teams, and one point short of losing to UMass...they're hardly a strong team.D1B wrote: What the [*]f**k does he know about football?
