What can you tell me about this RB transferring to Towson from BC...
STERLIN PHIFER, Running Back

I really don't remember him, Andy, so you'll have to go with Bandl's analysis. He played for a very good HS team, in a very good league.

Well, if he played in the 757, you may want to ensure he is academically viable to play for Towson. Seems coach Tricky MIckey Matthews of JMU currently struggles to recruit in this area because he cannot get any kids academically qualified.
