Here we go again. Looks like yet another 3-1 start for NAU, Jon complaining they are getting screwed in the polls because of ECB, convinces a bunch of people to vote for them, then the losing starts.

2010: 3-1 start, 3-4 finish
2009: 5-2 start, 0-4 finish
2008: 6-1 start, 0-4 finish

But if you can split with Montana and EWU at home and WSU and Sac on the road, you might be playoff bound.

3-1 not guaranteed. The Portland State game will be no gimme. That game will be the first true test for Herrick's replacement and playing in Portland is never easy. Also, that is the conference opener in Portland's refurbished stadium so the Vikings will want a great showing. It is doable for the Jacks, but definitely a question mark.

Not sure about all this SUU talk. I don't know what all they lose but their QB was unreal when Eastern played them this year.

I thought the stadium in Portland wouldn't be ready until the 2012 season?
