Yep, it's happening & the stakes have never been bigger. Yep, I went there, deal with it.

Well, there has been serious talk amongst the NCAA that now that the CAA has grown too superior to the rest of FCS that they might have to come up with a consolation game for the non-CAA teams. This might finally be the thing to make that happen. Good news for the rest of you!dbackjon wrote:They play a third place game in FCS since when?
Gosh we CAA fans are nauseating.GannonFan wrote:Well, there has been serious talk amongst the NCAA that now that the CAA has grown too superior to the rest of FCS that they might have to come up with a consolation game for the non-CAA teams. IMO there are a bunch of teams that have been eliminated that are better than UMASS, UR and JMUBDKJMU wrote:The 7 div I win rule needs to be eliminated for the CAA. For the CAA it should be 6-5 because the CAA is the best conference and head and shoulders way better than every conference with the exception of the So-Con.
Nova was within a hair of falling to 6-5 and no playoffs if they don't beat UD in OT, and now they are in the semis. JMU, UMass, and UR were clearly better than any of the 8 bye teams with the exception of GSU.
There's a fly in that ointment, YT. I still don't understand how JMU was out after beating a team in that POS B(C)$ racketeering.youngterrier wrote:IMO there are a bunch of teams that have been eliminated that are better than UMASS, UR and JMUBDKJMU wrote:The 7 div I win rule needs to be eliminated for the CAA. Yeah cuz you beat us by two points last year in the title game? A game we pissed away. And what about when JMU was #1 and we had no chance to beat them on the road, how did that game turn out. Face it the CAA is the best conference no doubt, but a few plays here or there and Montana wins prob 2 of the last 3 title games against the CAA, and APP st won 3 titles in a row not to long ago, so you guys aren't as great as you think. I would love some home and homes with you east coast bitches.93henfan wrote:Gosh we CAA fans are nauseating.GannonFan wrote:

I love it.

However not surprised as it seems they favor the CAA at times over everyone.
However if anyone thinks that both Delaware and Nova have easy games to get through to get the playoffs they will be very sorely mistaken. GSU is playing very well and with a healthy Shaw back under center have been tearing it up the past few weeks. Nova stomped a very good App State team on the road but now have to travel to Cheney (i believe they do since EWU has the better overall record) to play the Eagles who are also a pretty darn good team. I think the GSU Eagles however have the best shot at an upset this upcoming weekend.
Um, the only way it would be impossible for the CAA to have two teams in the final is if all 4 of them were on 1 side of the bracket. They're not going to do that, simply because it wrecks havoc with scheduling in the first round, because none of the CAA teams can play each other.SUUTbird wrote:The fact that the committee decided it would be smart to set up a playoff bracket that could possibly allow two CAA teams to play in the Title Game in the first place to me...well quite frankly i think is a load of bull and poorly setup. Some people will just never learn.93henfan wrote:BHBK and GF, I got a bite!

Just ask Army about that.Just sayin'...
Understood. But when it gets in your heads, averages go out the window. If the finals end up being UD-Nova, that's what concerns me most.93henfan wrote:Army ≠ DelawareIvytalk wrote:

then he'll throw.. hahahabluehenbillk wrote:When Szczur is in the wildcat, you gotta stack the box with 8 guys & tell them, nope you ain't running it.
Eh, I'll take that. White had a lot of success on crossing patterns against the Hens, but I'm not worried about him winning the downfield patterns against UD's DB's like he did against Appy St.Fact wrote:then he'll throw.. hahahabluehenbillk wrote:When Szczur is in the wildcat, you gotta stack the box with 8 guys & tell them, nope you ain't running it.
