Even on a down year, schools are trying to take the Montana coaches.
Breske's defense was about the only bright spot on the team this year. The defense played with fire and it was nice to see.

Breske was UNC's defensive coordinator during its back to back championship days when we were D2. I think he's the front-runner. I think it's a great pick just to piss off the grizz fans. I know he's the best coach on your staff.

Even if he isn't, he has a mystique about him since he was on Joe Glenn's NC team.
But as stated, I loved how his defense played. Good to see attitude on a team that looked confused on offense.

Well, they interviewed four candidates last week, and said the expected to announce who the new coach is going to be early this week. No word Monday, then on Tuesday they said they may not have an announcement until next week.
Today the Greeley Tribune is reporting that Dave Logan is interviewing for the job in Greeley in about a half hour.

Logan would be an interesting pick. He definitely has the connections to bring in some talent. He is a classy guy who knows the game and knows how to evaluate talent.

Causing a stir amongst the original finalists. One of them, Bob Stit from School Of Mines removed his name from consideration last night because of the lengthy process.
Lots of rumors around, not much available for facts. Folks getting edgy down there.

I'm hearing Logan's been hired, high-risk, high-reward move if you ask me

Now Logan rejects a 4 year contract offer. No one wants this job.
