I'm surprised not to see the coach from Western Illinois. Weren't they 1-9 last year & made the playoffs this year? Quite a turnaround......

This is the complete list and the accompanying article. Given that Stanford's Jim Harbaugh is sharing the FBS award for Region V, it appears that AZ's assumption is correct (or at least close to it). One would think I would know that given that I'm a former AFCA member. :dunce:

Congrats to Larry Kehres (Mount Union), who shares the Region IV award for D-III, winning for the 15th time. Amazingly, Mike Van Diest (Carroll) is the NAIA Region V winner for the fourth straight year. That's hard to pull off at any level.

The votes must have been taken before the egg B&M laid this past week. For FCS Region V, I think Beau Baldwin would have been a MUCH better choice.
