I'd be very surprised if Mason & Virginia Commonwealth didn't both announce FB start-ups in the next 2-3 years and begin play in the CAA by 2017.

Mason even has room for a 10,000 seat stadium on campus and already has the parking for the Patriot Center.

I appreciate you diligence in posting CAA football news. Must really chap your ass that many at VCU don't see the potential that you see when it comes to football.

You already have a usable stadium available and a great student fan base, and methinks that you will start seeing significant alumni financial support (like we did) if you publicly stated an intention to startup a program.

BTW- Nice win at Wake Forest, now go beat the shit out of some Volunteers!

There has been plenty of talk about it but no official announcement from our AD in front of the cameras yet. I would expect something to be said shortly after this season.
