Sac State puts together a winning season. We finished with a 5-3 mark in BSC play which will put us 4th in a tie with WSU whom Sac State beat. Still one game left and if we can beat cal-davis in their place, it will be a 7-4 season. Hats off to Coach Sperbeck, his staff and the athletes.

Congrats for the successful season thus far. Hopefully you guys can keep working your program up.

If you had not beat Weber, the Wildcats would likely be going to the playoffs.

I've been saying to keep an eye on Sac St. prior to each of the last couple of seasons. I could see that they were doing a very good job of closing the talent gap and they have been making good teams struggle for a win for 3 seasons.

Get that win next week in a big rivalry game and things certainly are looking good for ya!

7-4 would tie Sac's best mark since becoming DI in the early '90s. Led by Ricky Ray & Charles Roberts, they went 7-4 in 2000 and likely would have made the playoffs if they had either beaten (then DII) rival UC Davis or hadn't blown a 20-0 halftime lead in Missoula.

Fuck Charles Roberts was good...in spite of his painted fingernails.

Congrats on a good year. I think it would be good for the Big Sky Conference if Sac. St. got things going & actually put some asses in the seats.

For all of the mistakes and close games we've had, sometimes I wonder if the conference really is simply that much better. Montana fans might agree.
