MSU had the ball in the redzone and because of forward motion, the clock ran out after MSU completed a pass to the 10 with about 5 seconds left.

By the way, UNI has a KO return for a TD and a blocked punt for a TD.

MSU coach, Terry Allen completely sucks. Non-stop whining all night. He whined more than he coached.
This was also the dirtiest MSU team I've seen in 21 years of watching UNI. I wish we would've won by more. I'm trying to watch my language but its tough.
The team and coaches were also constantly 5-10 yards outside the coaching box. Plus, that offensive style sucks. Checking the play once is ok, 2-3 times though?

Yeah it was pretty retarded that they kept checking the play 2-3 times every time they lined up. They were just encouraging the crowd to get louder and louder. And it cost them several timeouts/penalties as a result. Dumb.

only benefit I can see for that is possible lulling the defense off their guard.

Thank you...
He's washed up. He worked his magic at UNI, but he just CAN NOT DO IT here. He is EXACTLY like Barry Hinson and we will just continue to be crap until we fire his ass and get a young/up-and-coming coach.

I laughed my ass off at some of the stuff being yelled at him when he was being a little bitch....ok well that was the whole game.
Did you see his post game presser on the panthermania.net? He was bitching about the turf some, but then realized he didn't want to be "that big of a tool" so he backed off it.
It really did look like TA had his players taking shots/"chippy" play more so tonight than any team I've ever saw him coach.
In his defense it must be hard to lose to his old assistant and former school all 5 times he has face them by a combined score of 191-45, yep that comes out to 38-9 average.

Today I realize that the bigger issue is that he has no control over the team.
The situation reminds me of Hinson, except I thought Hinson had MSU much more competitive.
