Yup. Best one that I've seen. And it's the one that respects Chattanooga the most.

I don't know for sure on a weekly basis but I think it's somewhere around 50 give or take each week.

How is UMass ranked 21? They have lost their last two, and yet are still ranked abveor RIchmond, who beat them in Amherst two weeks ago, and seem to be improving, while the Minutemen are collapsing. Spiders losses are at UVA, to Delaware, and at a tough UNH team, where UR's QB was the punter, and he had a concussion.

Because UMass was falling from "on-high" while Richmond is just trying to work themselves back into the poll (much like UNI).

Neither UMass nor Richmond should be ranked. UMass was struggling even before the Richmond loss and Richmond likely can't win unless their opponent does nothing on offense at all.

Again, probably true, but Richmond has won 2 in a row and is 4-3, while UMass was ranked VERY high, and two straight losses usually won't knock them COMPLETELY out of the poll....in fact, I have UMass at 17 and Richmond at 25 in my poll.
