This is my new bracket prediction. This is based on how I think teams will finish looking at remaining schedules, not for where teams are right now.

No biggie. A rematch would be exactly what the FCS needs. The most exciting game last season by far, and a rematch 1 year later. ESPN material at least.

I hear ya, man. I was in that boat for the App - Montana game last year.

Which is why I REALLY want to see it fall in place in Boone this year.

HIGHLY doubtful.
And last week I had none.

Just look at the remaining schedules tho.

SDSU is clearly better than their early record indicated, and they can and should win out, and that means NDSU can sneak in as the last team in, barely getting to 7 wins, thanks to the power of their BIg XII upset.

It's tough tho. SIU deciding to not suck brings it back down to 2 teams, as they could eliminate NDSU and WIU.

I honestly have no idea what will happen, but the way I saw it playing out, that's how it happened.

NDSU and SDSU have to play each other yet. Even if both teams win every other game, one of them will be eliminated in that matchup.

No, If SDSU wins out and NDSU wins all but the game against SDSU, they both can get in. NDSU is at 5 DI wins now with 3 games left. 2 wins, 1 loss, 7 wins, FBS win, in the dance.

Right, but that would put them at 4 conference losses. Which, at best, would put them mid pack in an already mediocre conference. No way would they get in.

1 more loss for either of those teams, and they are done.

UMass is going to have a hard time getting to 7 Div I wins. Yes UNH has a tougher schedule, but atleast UNH is playing like they can win. UMass cant beat a QB-less team last week and got blownout by UNH this week... don't expect them to beat either JMU or Delaware and former division foes URI and Maine will be gunning for them aswell.

I'd love to play at App even though I'm fairly certain we'd get a L. I've just always wanted a reason to go there and experience that atmosphere :)

1. The MVFC, despite the parity, is well rated.

2. Who else would get in? They have an FBS win and 7 wins, I'd say that's good enough compared to Jacksonville, Dayton, and CCSU.

Noticed you flipped us with Montana from last week. Is this due to an anticipated EWU loss or, if both finish 9-2, the NCAA/money/WAGRIZ ticket sales conspiracy? Would the committee reward a seed to a Montana finished tied ( record wise ), but second in the conference to EWU and having lost the h to h?

So...UNI and SFA play for the second time this season?

I don't see the playoff committee doing that, at least not in a situation where neither team has to win to get to that game.

If UNI doesn't turn the ball over 10 bajillion times again, I think they can beat them.

I know that we were 15 points better than they were, at least....but self destruction is the ultimate equalizer.
