I wish I was able to make it...ALPHAGRIZ1 wrote:Are you gonna be around for the game?
If so swing by our tailgate and I will buy you a beer or whatever the hell you drink.
This game should be close, but probably not because of Herrick. Herrick ranks just 48th. in the nation in passing efficiency with a mediocre 123.3 rating. Griz QB Justin Roper has had his issues, but he still ranks 13th. with a 143.8 rating.BigSkyFootball wrote:Hey AlphaGriz1, I love your hot girlfriend, but our Griz are in for a battle tomorrow. NAU's QB Michael Herrick is "the real deal" and he's playing well right now (remember what he did to us last year?). I think we will prevail in a very exciting game, maybe by a field goal. I'll see you at the tailgate . . .bring my girl; I've got something for her!
Totally agree with you about the NAU Defense being the griz main concern. It absolutely baffled me that MSU played such soft coverage on us last week. If their coaches would of paid enough attention to our looks on film from this season they would of noticed that our deep threat passing game is not the same as it was last year. Im really excited about this game, two slug it out defenses with a chance of inclement weather, can someone say old school smash mouth football in Missoula on Saturday.Mvemjsunpx wrote:This game should be close, but probably not because of Herrick. Herrick had a good game against MSU, but they couldn't stop the short pass to save their lives in that one. NAU's defense should be Montana's primary concern.
If EWU had a bye this week, and I had the means, I would definitely head on over to Missoula to watch this one. Eastern games there are always a good time, I think it would be pretty cool to watch a good in-conference team not named EWU play them there for 4 quarters.NAU_Alum10 wrote:Totally agree with you about the NAU Defense being the griz main concern. The Big Sky TV one. It was really iffy for a bit but it's cleared up some.mlbowl wrote:Which one are you watching?siuham wrote:Holy crap this video feed makes me want to cut myself.

I don't think your punter has punted a ball off a weird part of his foot yet...oh..oh..there it is.SeattleGriz wrote:Wow. Montana has now completed every mistake possible this year. I am glad we have completed that task and can now focus on playing football.
Dangit! I forgot about the odd angle foot shank maneuver!siuham wrote:I don't think your punter has punted a ball off a weird part of his foot yet...oh..oh..there it is.SeattleGriz wrote:Wow. It's okay, you've got a third party that watched it and says it's a TD.Willie wrote:I hope NAU fans cry about the TD...because it was one helluva catch. Nearly the same catch as the Giants in the Super Bowl a few years back.
NAU is a good team. Griz played like crap again. But a win's a win.
Yeah of all people you call me out you asshole. Jesus Christ. Because I was the ONLY one on the face of the planet that was making a joke prediction. Maybe you should pay attention to the games I "predict". They're all a joke since there's not a single person on the planet that can get it right every time. I never even waste my time.dbackjon wrote:Sigh...
But not the blowout Willie was predicting.
