Looks like NAU is curb stomping MSU thus far. Someone correct me if my eyes are deceiving me. 14-0 NAU early 2nd qtr.
NAU moving the ball at will. NAU on the MSU 38. No idea what time. The audio and video aren't in sync. Who it this NAU announcer? I am digging his excitement.
NAU to the MSU 12. NAU run loses 3. TD NAU!!!! 21-0!!! WOW, a RB just decked the blitzing MSU LB to give Herrick enough time. Hell of a block.

Wow...Nau playing great.
Cats like to get behind early but 21 might be too much.

Who is the NAU announcer? The one that screams every time there is a big play?
WOW. NAU just tipped away a home run ball by MSU. MSU has to punt.
Boy I wish these camera operators would show more than just the QB and the center's ass every play.
I can't believe what I am seeing. NAU on another drive late in the 2nd qtr. TD NAU!!!! 28-0 late 1st half.
MSU kneels it. 28-0 NAU at the half.
TOP is about 25 minutes to 5 in favor of NAU.

Thank you Jacks. I thought you were better than the performance last week.
Will the real Big Sky Conference front runner please step forward?

At least the Big Sky isn't as convoluted as the MO Valley.

Are you sure about that?

Yes, at least I can predict the Big Sky correct most of the time (I got all 4 games today right, though the Weber & NAU margins were surprising). I only got 1 of the MVC's 4 conference games right today.
The 4 Big Sky teams that are at the top figured to be decent this year. In the MVC, however, a team that went 1-10 last year leads the pack and a perennial doormat is tied for second.

Just because the Big Sky has actual bad teams at the bottom instead of a whole lot of middle teams doesn't make the top not convoluted.
I think the top teams would all split home and home's with each other this year in the Big Sky.

The top is kinda convoluted in the Big Sky, but the
entire MVC is convoluted.
The teams currently at the top of the Big Sky figured to be in the mix, so things aren't shocking at this point.

Could be. That's what has happened so far: NAU beat MSU at home, EWU beat Montana & NAU at home, MSU beat EWU at home.
Fortunately for the Griz, they have NAU & MSU at home. Unfortunately for the Griz, they now need an EWU loss to get the auto-bid since a three-way tie involving UM is now impossible. No-one completely controls their own destiny, though; they all need some kind of outside help.

NAU 34 MSU 7
What a defense they have at NAU! They made the Bobcat QB look mediocre, at best. Everybody was touting him to be the next Steve McNair; he played more like Steve Earkle. Michael Herrick looked like the 2009 Michael Herrick and if the Jacks can play that way on both sides of the ball, the Big Sky better look out. They go to the Griz this week which should be the national Game of the Week. The Griz should find a way to win at home, but don't count out NAU until "the fat lady sings."

Yeah, some people had them and the enclosed space made it sound like a lot more people had them. For a family weekend game, people were really into it and actually making noise for a change. Very big win, but we still need to win 4 of our last 5 to make it in.

There was a group (5-10) in the student section that had them, but it wasn’t like they were handing them out at the gate. The Skydome seats 15,000 so with the 12,000+ in there it was pretty full. Most of the humming noise was probably the sound echoing around in there. If people could get up for every game like that we could have one hell of a home field advantage. Loud + 7,000ft elevation.
