Thats UNCs average without students (who don't pay). You should go back and look at the conference website. It has the correct totals.

How does Montana have an average attendance over 100% capacity? I get Appy and GS 'cause they have those nice hills, but isn't Griz Stadium enclosed? I might need a picture.

Montana has quite a few spots where portable bleachers are used, and there's a lot of standing room.

As Willie said, they have started putting portable bleachers in the open areas on the corners that are for handicap ticket holders so their family or friends can sit with them I suppose.

None of the other Big Sky teams have a stadium that's anywhere near the size of Montana though.

Scratching my head a little bit over how Sac had 9,011 vs UNC but only 6,311 vs MSU. Was Northern Colorado homecoming or something?

Its the same reason MSU is averaging about 1,000 over their listed capacity (and packed in about 2,000 over capacity last weekend). Another 2,500 seats for next season will help.

BTW, I've been a board creeper for awhile, but first post. Great place to come for FCS information outside your own team's board.

that is really odd. makes me wonder if weber's is also wrong seeing how much higher your average changed from 4,600 to 6,500. weber doesn't swipe student cards at football, only basketball. so i think bball is accurate and football is off.
