Is there any other teams in the nation struggling with fumbles like UNI is? Week 2 we had 3, I believe, fumbles inside the 15 yard line going in. This past week against SFA we had a 3 fumbles inside the 20 going in...all of which were lost. Of those six fumbles, four have been basically right at the goal line on runs that we were likely going to score on.


Is this just UNI, or a national thing right now?

We've had 6 INT's and lost 3 of 5 fumbles so far.(and the WR's saved two near INTs last night)

If I recall, half have been inside the 20. Last night it was the first damn play from scrimmage though...and we were on the 35 after the KOR, so not quite in the red zone

Does the Citadel number include dropping luggage?

No way it includes dropping to their knees..

2 vs Boston College
6 vs Northern Colorado (school record)
Last season we had 6 fumbles in 12 games.

shockingly the 3rd game, @ Sac, we had 0.

I think I saw Montana had 7 fumbles at EWU and lost 4 or 5 of em.
