If you could as Craig Haley (The Sports Network FCS Guru) one question, what would it be?

I am going to be doing a question and answer article with him this week and thought the best questions to ask would be the ones you all have!

Please try and make them serious questions, although I will ask a couple funny ones as well.

Fire Away :)

Craig, what was with the lack of coverage of the biggest story from week 2, the JMU upset of Virginia Tech?

Any chance of requiring TSN pollsters to post their ballots like is done in the AP FBS Poll?

Actually, if I had read 1 word further I would have seen 'although', which wouldn't have done me much good.

Craig - great job so far, love all the stuff your pumping out & the weekly bracketology you do.

But, not that I have any love for Villanova, but did you really predict that Towson would drop 27 on the Wildcats on the Main Line this week? That would shoot up red flags everywhere.

Whats your thoughts on the MVFC now with NDSU beating Kansas, then losing to UNI, and SDSU and Ill St. both shitting the bed to start the year off?

What is your opinion on the MEAC's struggles in the playoffs over the years?

On second thought, that might take up most of the article...outside of the obligatory "They suck, NEXT QUESTION!"

What in hell made you think Colgate would be Furman 30-20 in Paladin stadium?

I stopped reading the predictions after I saw that one. :? :D

A little perspective is needed. Prior to this assignment, Craig followed the Ivy's. Like anyone else in a new position, he's going to need some ramp-up time. Covering one conference is tough enough. You have to tip your hat to people who try and cover the entire country at any level.

Questions that may have some value would be questions like;
1. Now that you've had a chance to view other teams from other conferences, what are some of biggest differences between "A" conference and "B" conference, etc.

2. What has the reception been like with the various coaches?? Are some more approachable than others??

3. What, if any, unusual experiences have you had to date in dealing with Coaches, AD's, SID's or Conference officials??

I'm not suggesting you use any of these, but these are the types of questions that he may be able to give fruitful answers to.

Good luck.

Why are you so biased against the MVFC?

Why are the Ivy's ducking the playoffs? They say academics, however, the basketball team miss way more class time than the football team participating in the playoffs for a couple of weeks.

Ask him about their coverage for the rest of the year such as what they have planned, if anything, that would be different from previous years.
