Didn't someone vote NDSU first place the week before?

Probably the same guy. That's what I had assumed.

Edit: Nevermind. Looks like I was wrong.

I have some issues with Mayforth's voting. I'll probably tell him about it at tomorrow's chat.

It would take a lot for me to be tactful in asking my questions of him, but I am sure you want to ask the same sorts of questions. Let us know if you do happen to ask and get a response. Because it doesn't even seem like he checked any box scores.

He's the only guy that posts his poll that I know.

TSN would gain a lot of the credibility back in their poll if they required all voters to post their polls like the AP does.

Chris Lang (Lynchburg N&A) posted his last year, and told us on FlameFans he would post his from this year.

I am sure one of us will post his ballot as soon as we get it.

I encourage you guys to check Chris' blog out at http://www.mynewsadvance.com/index.php/ ... otes_9_14/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

He gives his rationale behind the poll picks, and keeps you up to date on Liberty News (in case you care :P)

but here is his ballot.
1 James Madison
2 Villanova
3 Appalachian State
4 Elon
5 Northern Iowa
6 Jacksonville State
7 Delaware
8 Montana
9 Liberty
10 Massachusetts
11 Southern Illinois
12 William & Mary
13 New Hampshire
14 Cal Poly
15 Wofford
16 Northern Arizona
17 Furman
18 Richmond
19 South Dakota State
20 South Carolina State
21 North Dakota State
22 Prairie View A&M
23 Weber State
24 South Dakota
25 Gardner-Webb
He admits that he has

1. Richmond lower than most people. He says this is because he focuses more on the present season and less on the past.
2. LU higher than most people. It's not a homer vote, just a top 15 team, in his opinion, that won against and statistically handled a MAC team on the road.
3. Elon is too high, Jax State too low.

He also says...
Also, I’ve been high on Wofford and Northern Arizona from the start, and both have done pretty much what was expected thus far. Wofford lost to Ohio and beat Charleston Southern; NAU beat Western New Mexico and lost at Arizona State. I’m not high at all on Eastern Washington, nor do I think McNeese State deserves to be ranked at this point. Teams I probably should keep a close eye on: Central Arkansas and Stephen F. Austin. I thought SFA would be down a bit this season but the win over an Albany team that was impressive defensively in Week 1 at Main should have been rewarded, probably at the expense of Prairie View.
So there's some transparency!
