Jesus, western. You can't beat a DII team? I don't give a shit if they are #5 or whatever, they are DII. Just do the SoCon a favor and drop football.

I wonder if people in the Big Ten (or whatever they are now) said the same thing when Michigan got beat by the #1 team in the country....

there's a difference between losing by 2 on a blocked field goal and getting dominated from start to finish

Another difference is that western has won 22 (twenty-two) conference games since 2000. That would be a decent stat if this were 2003, but it's not. They are friggin' pathetic.
When App beat Michigan, UM still had a lot of talent and a good coaching staff (despite what their fans thought). They went to a bowl game and beat Florida. western doesn't have either.

It doesn't matter that the talent gap is close, everyone is going rain shit down on you if you lose because of the labels. Complete lose-lose scenario
