MASN and Family Net will be covering the game. If you have FiOs or ATT Uverse, you probably get Family Net. ATT Uverse it's in the 500's.
Game will be played at Lynchburg City Stadium, as Williams Stadium is still under construction.
http://www.libertyflames.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; will provide you a link to listen, if you so desire.

UMass transfer Korrey Davis getting the start at tailback. Flames start on offense. Dropped pass on third down, and the Flames will try a FG with returning All-American Kicker Matt Bevins from long range, and it misses. 0-0, St. Francis ball.

Looks like SFU is running at will.
I would've predicted a Liberty win, but I don't like what I'm seeing from the Falmes so far.

Yeah, that's not good.
7-0 lead for the Red Flash. We can't stop the run. At all.

St. Francis looks fired up, but I would expect reality to set in eventually.
Is it just me or does Liberty's defense look really small?

I agree, but they had a very good opening week at UNH last year. Anything could happen.

It is kinda small. Almost a 3-3-5 with a LB/DB hybrid in Brett Vinson.

I disagree. Those giant holes weren't just hype. They will continue to move the ball on the Liberty D.

The Red Flash are stronger, better prepared, and want it more so far.

Really? I have this game on DVR as I'm listing to CCSU-UNH.
Red Flash is usually one of the smaller and undisciplined teams in the NEC. That said, they usually can score some points, but they're defense is pourous.
Good stuff so far.

For the most part they've controlled the line of scrimmage. This drive is the first time they've been stopped, we finally got thru the line and caused some havoc.
They're killing themselves with penalties, too.

Liberty finally forces a punt and shows some strength. Let's see if the offense can follow suit.

Now LU is moving the ball. Taking advantage of the team speed advantage at this point.

First quarter over, 7-0 St. Francis lead, LU driving.

We're dominating yardage, time of possession, and fewer penalties. It's only a matter of time.
LU down to the 15, heading in towards the St. Francis end zone.

Come on.

LU forces a punt, but it bounced out at the 1... LU takes over. And St. Francis continues to dominate the line of scrimmage.

Forced to punt.
Unreal. Then we get a delay of game on the punt. Come ON! This sucks, a lot.

St. Francis is undersized on the Dline but yet they are just blowing up those big boys on the LU Oline. Made them look downright silly on those 2 running plays from the goalline.

Liberty forces another 4th down. St. Francis will punt again. This one is a touchback. 80 yards to go for LU, hopefully we'll use our speed advantage here and move the ball down the field. They also have a 5 foot something 140 pound DB on our 6 foot 4 stud WR Chris Summers... he needs to get the ball.

We get the ball to him... on a play called back by a penalty. Ugh.
