Eastern Washington Getting National Attention!

Some of the comments are pretty funny.
Here is my favorite:
"In an effort to assault all of its fans' senses, EWU hired Fran Drescher as their announcer, installed sandpaper on the bleachers, and started selling luke warm Red Dog."
I personally think its pretty cool. It seems blinding right now, but maybe the color will dull down a bit.

I love Easter in Washington. The ladies are dressed so nice, the algae hasn't yet taken over the reflecting pool, and the cherry trees are almost ready to bloom.

The same thing happened to Vancouver's Thunderbird Stadium in '98 after they allowed concertgoers onto the field during Lilith Fair.

A little pub is always a good thing unless it's a student/athlete getting arrested. The red turf is doing what it's suppose to do for EWU by generating a buzz....I still hope Kidd Brewer sticks with traditional green as gold or black are not good options IMO.
