CAA makes best public university value list

Kiplinger has William & Mary listed highly, #3 I believe it was and James Madison University listed at #21.
The state of VA held 5% of the top 50 ranked schools and several good VA schools did not make the list
Appy was listed at #22
...just kidding

Considering there are about 400 schools (give or take a few) to choose from in the Commonwealth, I'm not surprised...

VT is on the list, #16 I think but I hate VT
so I did not mention them plus they are not CAA or FCS...

the fumble that gave Appy, was it number 3 or number 2...my sister barely speaks to me b/c of the way I behaved in front of her children for several minutes after the %^&*(%$# fumble
Don't get me wrong, I hate Appy but the hate is not as black as it used to be...maybe b/c Appy could be an important piece of a new 1A conference in my lifetime...
