As many of our teams will be playing on the road at FBS, what are your plans? I think about half my conference is at an FBS team.

Whether your team is at home or away what will you be doing?

My plan is to...
1. Watch College Gameday at about 9 or 10am
2. Then watch Weber State at Boston College at 1pm on ESPN3
3. Then go see the New York Red Bulls play at Real Salt Lake at 7 pm.

I'm heading to Galveston on the 3rd to spend a day at the beach and go out to dinner. Saturday I'm taking my friend (Julie, who is going with) to a couple places on the island, then head back up to Houston to my friend's (Linda) house (where we will spend Saturday night) to meet up with the daughter, son and his friend to hang out before going to the game at UH.
After the game we're going to hit a bar then go back to the house. Will head home sometime Sunday.

Flying to Vegas to watch how former Griz coach Bobby Hauck & staff fare against Wisconsin. To me, Hauck & staff are still Griz. It'll also be interesting because I'm not sure how often this has happened: An entire FCS coaching staff taking over a FBS program. Plus, treating my grandson & his bride, both Vegas residents, to a UNLV game, and attending a Blue Man Group show on my own.

I still promote a game between the Griz & the Rebels in 2012 in Sam Boyd. Griz North vs. Griz South. :)

I'll be at the Griz game, then probably at some bar, and then home frantically flipping between ESPN and espn.com to see what upsets happen

Front row of the student's section at Wa-Griz. After spending all of last season watching Griz games with a group of Danes in front of a laptop I can't say how excited I am to actually see a game from 4 yards away again.

I've got a rematch/grudge game of Pocket Pool to play with GATW on 4 September.

After that's finished, and I'm still standing, hopefully, both of us will be at the Western State game.

I'll either be sitting in Wallace Wade Stadium in Durham watching Elon take out the Blue Devils or sitting on my couch, watching football on TV while it's on mute and listening to the Elon game online...unless something comes up and I gotta cover some story for my job instead, which I would be slightly ticked off about.
