I agree. The black (it does look greenish in the sun) doesn't go well with the maroon at all.

I think that on low definition televisions, the bear head logo will look like a rose.

Anyone still watching on a low def tv deserves to have it look like a rose. I watched the home run derby this year at my parents house on their standard tv, half the time you couldn't see the friggin' ball after it came off the bat!

Back to the thread at hand, i like the black and maroon. Definitely a better look IMO.

Does MSU put out HD quality programming?

I know the MVFC games of the week are put out in SD...and REALLY SHITTY SD at best. Those are 3rd rate productions.


The only way I would see MSU having every game in HD is MSU putting out an HD feed....which I can't imagine there is a large demand for to cover costs

Even when it's SD, it still looks a little better to me when you watch on a quality television. SD on an old tube set is just flat out bad.

Every MSU home game is on TV, but it's definitely SD.
