2009:
2008: Started four times at nose tackle and played in a total of nine games, but he missed the last two games with a shoulder injury. He had a career-high six tackles with a sack in Eastern's win over Montana State (10/18/08). He helped Eastern finish an impressive 11th in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivison in rushing defense (93.5), as well as fifth in sacks (3.09 per game) and ninth nationally in tackles for loss (7.9 per game).
2007: Started one game at left defensive tackle as he made the first start of his career against Northern Arizona (11/10/07) and finished with four tackles and a half-sack. He also had three tackles against Northern Colorado (11/3/07) and a sack versus Idaho State (9/22/07).
2006: Redshirted.
HS: Graduated from East Valley HS in 2006. Earned first team 3A All-State honors as a defensive lineman from Associated Press as selected by sportswriters and broadcasters. In addition, WashingtonPreps.com selected him to its 3A All-State first team as a defensive lineman. Selected to play in the 4A/3A East-West All-State Game. Named by the Seattle Times as a "Red Chip" selection as one of the top 29 recruits in the state of Washington. As both a senior and junior, he earned first team All-Greater Spokane League honors. He played both sides of the ball as a tackle, and also saw action as a tight end for East Valley. He made a verbal commitment to Eastern in spring 2005, and was published in the Spokesman-Review on June 10, 2005. East Valley lost its first two games of the season, then won nine straight games until a 34-0 State 3A playoff loss to Ferndale. His coach at East Valley was Adam Fisher, who graduated from Eastern after a back injury kept him from punting for the Eagles. Adam Fisher's father Ed, as well as Eastern Hall of Fame coach Dick Zornes, were assistant coaches at East Valley and both were former standout football players at Eastern. An outstanding wrestler, Jolley finished unbeaten and won the State 3A title at 275 pounds as a senior and was fifth at 215 pounds as a junior. He also competed in track, and finished second in the discus and fourth in the shot put his senior season as East Valley won the 3A team title.
Personal: Born 4/7/88 in Spokane. He is the last of nine children of Terry and Patty Jolley, whose children left lasting imprints on athletic programs at both Lakeside and East Valley high schools. Technology major.

Prior to Western: Played prep football at nearby Tuscola High where he was an All-Mountain Athletic Conference selection ... Was a part of winning 24 games during his prep career, including 11 for Tuscola in 2008 - the most in a single-season since 1995 and tied for the second-most in school history since 1966 ... Ranked among the leaders in Western North Carolina in successful field goals each of the past two seasons.
