So I am going to a game on this weekend for my 30th birthday. It's between the following games:
@Montana/No Dak
@CCU/Liberty
@Florida/South Carolina
@FSU/Clemson
@Ohio St/Penn St
Kansas/@ Nebraska
UNH/@ 'Nova
Bill and Mary/@ JMU
Any other good games going on that weekend?

While I would usually say OSU/PSU...come on out to Montana! Might be a little chilly but it'll be a good game.

The temps are not that much different than the averages here in Chicago....it's just you guys get more snow lol.
Right now the Montana game is in the lead with Florida in 2nd and OSU 3rd

It's understandable why you wouldn't want to stay in Conway,SC that weekend!

I'm not in Conway, I'm in Chicag, but yea, 44-10 CCU wins, we all know that already

Normally, I'd suggest people go see the Hornets. Unfortunately, we're playing @ the Bungles that particular week. I wouldn't wish THAT game on my worst enemy. It's going to be a blowout Sac win. Such a boring exhibition is COMPLETELY inappropriate for a 30th birthday bash for a fan of another school.
That trip to Missoula just might be the ticket. They're guaranteed to provide an entertaining game.

Too bad you're not going somewhere a week later. Cat-Griz is always killer, assuming you can acquire a ticket

I'm still debating that actually.

Yeah Liberty doesn't stand a chance. lol
I'd go to the Florida/South Carolina game if your wanting to travel that far. I'd go but its in Gainsville this year and I have no more vacation time left at work. Im gonna be in Conway for our beatdown against Liberty.

I would go for the OSU/PSU, my old boss was a huge Buckeye fan and always talked about the games. If you want to check out the VMI @ ODU game, I may be able to find you a tix...pretty certain we are sold out again this year. On the plus side we can hook you up on the tailgating, easy flights and travel, plus it will be warmer than Chicago.

I wouldn't wish any game involving either of those teams on my worst enemy, either. Woof.

I'd say go to Montana or OSU vs. PSU. Lots of good choices though. You really can't lose.

And a UM blowout of UND would be better?

At least there will be more than ten fans there. Also, my statement had more to do with the quality, or lack thereof, that both Suc State and ISU perennially display.

Being that it will be a late season game in Pocatello I won't disagree with only 10 fans being there. I'm not sure how much quality UND will bring to the table but I'm willing to say it won't be better than Sac State's. I'm guessing it will be better than ISU's though. Right now I'd have to agree with what some of the posters have said about the experience of going to a game in Missoula being the reason of watching that game.

I heartily agree with that, too. Like others have said, he'd be much better off taking in the game the week after.

Yeah, and some day I'm going to make it to a game in Missoula as well.

If you've never been to a OSU game in Columbus I would recommend it highly. It is a special place and the fans are really great host to outsiders. W&M/JMU could be a fun FCS day.
My truly special places to experience a college football game would include Ohio State, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and any game in the Rose Bowl. I loved them all. Hated my Michigan experience and my PAC10 games were OK, but not special. Still have yet to do anything in the SEC however or Bozeman.
